By accessing or using the Maple Valley Farm website, or by making a booking or purchase through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as browsing our products, checking seasonal availability, and making reservations. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or systems not intended for public use.

U-Pick reservations and event bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to seasonal crop availability. Please arrive within your reserved time slot; late arrivals may be accommodated at our discretion.

Farming is weather-dependent. We may close fields or reschedule events due to rain, frost, extreme heat, or crop conditions. If we cancel your reservation for weather or crop reasons, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Prices for produce, preserves, and farm goods are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice as the season progresses. Product availability varies with harvest conditions. Payments made at the farm stand or online must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Fresh produce is sold as-is; if something is not right with your order, let us know within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Our farm is a working agricultural property. Visitors must stay within designated areas, supervise children at all times, follow posted signage and staff instructions, and treat crops, animals, and equipment with care. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if these guidelines are not followed.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Maple Valley Farm or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Valley Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in farm activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. On-farm activities carry inherent rural hazards; please review posted safety notices when you visit.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
